I have a feeling he will give you his money more often than not, so why question it?

Gus Apr 10, 2008 5:37am

I have a feeling it was a 2$ tourney so a gutshot is the nuts

Kano Apr 10, 2008 5:43am

hey.... i won that money in a freeroll it means alot to me!

and why are you defending him...

Xigol Apr 10, 2008 11:00am

not defending him. But you should get used to this. It will happen a lot. Most of the time u will win, but the times you dont will stick with you.

You got all his money when you were a 78% favourite. Would you rather he folded?

Don't be results oriented, focus on decisions - you made a good one, he made a bad one. The result is irrelevant. Move on to the next game.

I don't think so - just a frustrated member sharing a vent with us I think - try not be be quite so mean.

Thread hijack!

Running bad post: Made seven final tables in microstake points tournaments in about ten attempts. Finished exactly fifth or sixth in all of them. I run bad at microstakes, lol

Running good post: I took down a $110 live "deepstack" tournament yesterday playing some of the best poker of my live against a fairly strong field by live standards (lol @ 30 min blinds and 6k stack being deep, but whatever). Highlight was folding QQ preflop against KK during the second level at 50/100. UTG limps 100, MP raises to 500, I raise to 1700, UTG raises to 4000. Effective stacks 6k. Having the discipline to escap for 17BB when 60BB deep and going on to win the tournament meant a lot to me. UTG showed me the kings, then we ended up playing Heads Up at the end of the tournament and I grinded his chiplead down to nothing without making a single mistake.
