What kind of board?

Ther poker strategy site contains the following example on Omaha Hi/Lo Strategy

Furthermore, it is important to remember that the low hands are counted from the top down. A player with 8432A (an 8 low) would lose to a player with 76543 (a 7 low).
What kind of board would you need to get such holdings? I can't figure it out.

wut?

they are talking about the winning hand

so board is 8KT 4 3 and you are holding AA22 which makes the final low hand => 8432A

In that case the other player can't have 76543 because he can only use two cards and he would need a 7 a 6 and a 5.

I think a better example would be A4567 against 23567 where 23567 would be the winning low hand.

I think the winning and the losing low hand should always have three cards in common.
