It can be any number depending on how you arrive at the infinities. Zero is a possibility.

e.g.,

lim x--> inf x/x^2 = 0
lim x--> inf x/x = 1
lim x--> inf x^2/x = inf
lim x--> inf 2x/x = 2...

That is the same manner of expression. It just so happens 1 = 9/9.

Not sure what you are looking for but 0.3(3) = 1/3 and that's all there really is to say about it. There isn't a simpler way...

0.3330 would be an estimate for 1/3.
