The biggest difference espionage made in the war was not the lack of german spies but the quality of a few soviet spies. namely Richard Sorge who provided intel that a Japanese attack was not imminent and allowed Stalin to transfer vast amount of troops from the far east just in time to drive back the germans from Moscow.
I think you're underrating the effect of Operation Barbarossa. It was decided by bad Nazi: planning and inferior equipment. It was more than anything else their bad weak armored and under gunned tanks. The Tiger tank that might of made the difference in the street to street to street was crippled by not having machine guns.

The only hope for the Germans after the failure of Operation Barbarossa was for them to pull wonder weapons out of their rears. The Soviets out produced the Nazi industrially for the rest of the war and they had both more resources and manpower to start with. They had to fight a two front war and American lightnings, level bombers and mustangs badly injured Nazi industry and their Luftwaffe.
