Tony Cousineau Eliminated in 13th Place (£40,481)
Last hand before the break, and James Akenhead raised from the button. Tony Cousineau pushed from the small blind, James Akenhead called, and they turned their cards over.
All of this except the last bit is hypothesis; we actually only saw the cards being flipped but that seems to be the most likely course of things given their respective positions.
Anyway, we digress.
Cousineau:
Akenhead:
Board:
A massive roar of approval erupted from Akenhead's supporters at the rail -- a little unsportsmanlike, perhaps, but there you go.
Either way, Mr. Cousineau is busto in 13th, and we are edging nearer to our final table...

Markus Ristola Eliminated in 5th Place (£200,367)
Daniel Negreanu opened for 100,000 under the gun and everyone folded, except for Markus Ristola who went all in from the big blind. Some gentle dwelling from Negreanu...
And a call! Again! What's going on here? Monsieur Negreanu, weeth all thees action you are really spoiling us!
Ristola:
Negreanu: a rather surprising call with
Flop:
Turn: to put Ristola in a fine position to double up. "Ace!" requested a pro-Negreanu railer feebly.
Duly, river:
ROAAAAARRRRR!!!! went the crowd, as the luckless Ristola busted out in 5th place and we continue four-handed, the stacks virtually even.
