Is there anything to be gained from reviving 3-month old threads?

I suck! I really really suck!

I've moved on since then. Oddly enough I did lay down Q-Q just a little while ago in a ring game to a reraise and a call and was shown K-K.

Sometimes when you're researching threads you get caught up in the post and don't check the date. I think it's encouraging that there are members searching the threads instead of expecting everyone to repeat specific discussions for their convenience.

To be fair to you, AJD, it's easier to lay QQ down preflop, then when your third Q hits. Nice fold in the ring game.

Man, old threads make me want to drink, 'cause I have to look at my old posts again

I'd agree if it amounted to more than mere repetition of views expressed 3 months earlier.

Digging up and replying to posts from people seeking advice who no longer need that advice doesn't help anyone.
