ok I apreciate your thoughts. Why shouldn't I have been in the hand? I did a semi bluff and hit. Why shouldn't I hve been in the hand?

Okay, what if he was holding KA and the flop was KAQ?

That's just tough luck that you had there. Punch your monitor for me.

Was the push a little greedy? Is it a better play to at least try to take it down and keep the flush out of the mix?

Yes, thats exacly what I wanted. No one showed any strength. Granny who had AA slow played them pre flop. Im my experience that is usually a bad idea. On the flop Granny did a baby raise. I knew I had the best hand at that time and I was right. This other person who just seemed to be along for the ride calls a huge all in raise with a gutshot draw and hits runner runner for a flush. I'm having a hard time seeing what I did wrong. Maybe this is the nature of no limit. Endless frustration.

It happens... Be thankful that this is (what I assume to be) a low stakes tournament.

I usually play $100-$200NL SH cash games and I've had 3 or 4 instanes today alone where the same has happened to me. That's $300-$600+ wasted due to suckouts in less than 4 hours.

One example, I have 56 suited, in the BB, no raise preflop so I see a flop.

Flop is Q56, flopped two pair. I bet 4xBB, I get reraised to 10xBB, I call.
Turn comes 2, no flush possible, I bet pot sized bet (20xBB or something), and get reraised to 35x BB, I push all in, and get a call. Final card is another Queen. Q562Q

Great I figure the guy had KQ or AQ so he now has a set, or an overpair, I'm screwed. Yep he turns over AA, for two pair. I had him beat when I went all in and he sucks out.

Then the same thing happened again two hands later only this time I had top two pair and a guy has AA again, board pairs Deuces on the river giving him better two pair.

I think you might have played K9 a little too strongly to begin with though; if you can see a flop for free, good job, sure take it, but that's as far as I would go with it. Then, these guys both min bet on the flop, and this doesn't always mean they don't have a hand; often it can just be to entice a raise, one could have had J10 easily for the straight, or KQ for better 2p, or a set (less likely but possible), and you don't feel out any information. Still, sucks when this happens. I know how it feels

Ya we all go through it. Dealing with the frustration is hard sometimes. But the big problem is I'm losing money. Lately I'm not even getting alot of play out of my money. I'm losing it rather quickly. I can't continue to do that. I'm hooked on touraments. I do have Harringtons books on the way. I have to stop untill I read them.
