Default Question about omaha hi lo....

so here the board... 4 4 3 J K
and the first player is holding KJ910
and the second player is holding 4 10 9 2

theres no flushes on the board so its just the cards straight up....the problem that we got into is that the second player doesnt have two cards that play so in that case would the first hand with Kings and Jacks win or can he just play one card?

edit 2...

ok after looking at it again

I would think the second player wins because

player 1 has: Two Pair, Jacks and Kings
player 2 has: Set of 4's

and a set beats two pair, so player 2 wins

Unigee is correct.

The first player plays KJ for KKJJ4
The second player plays 4T for 444KT.

You always have to play two hold cards and you always have two hole cards to play...it's not necessary that they both improve your hand.

Just make the best five card hand you can including exactly two of your hole cards.
