Default $2/4 FL FR: How to play this hand ?

I recognized that i have strongly to improve my FL play.
How to play the following hand at best ?

My thoughts:
1.) From my experience, a reraise on Flop doesn't disturb anyone (mostly they will call with nearly everything). So was my reraise wrong ? Should i just call and reraise on Turn if there is no Ace or another bad card ?

2.) I have problems to identify a value bet on river. Actually I had the opinion, that only a better hand will call or raise a bet on river (e.g. on board with overcards) I now believe this might be wrong in FL. Any opinions ?
In the case at hand, i was pretty sure that he had no Ace (but not 100%, these players can have everything). Who would call a reraise ? (i would)

bigfootbluff: mucks hand [Kc 8c]

Who thinks that bigfoot was right to call that hand down and why ? (i'm sure he has no reads of me).
In his stead, i would fold on Turn (in the case at hand) or Reraise (only if i hadn't get a reraise on Flop). Get i ReReRaised again or the other player bets on river, i fold.
Is this better play, more bad, or equal bad ?

I'm not a native speaker, so i hope there aren't too many mistakes.

The villain should have donked the flop. And then when you raise he should call and pray you are on a draw. But once you bet the turn he should know his hand is worthless.

Well sort of I would have to show some form of aggression before just dumping top pair there. Now once the ace hits on the river it is a lot different.

I think you played this mostly fine.

I would raise the flop like you did and not wait to raise the turn. This is half a raise for value and half a raise to see how much he likes his hand.

The turn bet is good, when he doesn't raise you are pretty sure you are best. (and he should fold unless he has seen you play flush draws or underpairs this way)

Depending on the player I would often check behind on the river A - unless I knew him to call down with weak single pairs.

It's not that I squarely would put him on an A, but it is not an unlikely card for someone to have called from the BB and then chased when their kicker hit. This is a common bad play.

However, the main reason I said this is we are not getting called by busted flush or straight draws. The only thing that calls that we beat is a single weak pair. So, like I said, if you know this opponent will call down with a single pair then make the value bet.

id say this is an pretty easy b/f vs all opponents, except vs some maniacal bluffers where you can b/c...also if this guy is donking the Flop i doubt hes checking this River if he made aces up and if he will c/r so we can fold...someones range who gets 1:7 from the BB is much wider then Ax

i wonder vs specific opponent you would check behind here
