Well, the guy did place you on two hands that he was extremely behind in. He didn't place you on the hand you had, which he was drawing dead to, but he still made the huge call thinking he probably had at best one out.

So yeah, a little beratement for making the call is justified. I give him credit for taking the time to think it through, but no marks for not actually following up on it.

Um...the huge call was on the river rcb so yes he was drawing dead

I know what you're saying but I see enough people at NL50 shoving KQ, QT or whatever in that spot that I don't think I would ever fold Jacks there with the odds he was getting. (Not that I would have been faced with that decision, I would have got it in on the turn.)
