Default Pitbull Poker - 5$ Bonus, tournament winnings and a cashout problem

I also posted the story in the german part of the forum and at two plus two.

A Week ago I opened an account at PitbullPoker. First I wanted to have the free 30$, but due to the fact the site allows only "tabbed" multitabling I decided not do take the offer and made no deposit.
But what I wanted now was the free five bucks they offered. So I talked to an operator in the live-chat and some minutes later someone called me. He talked mainly about the free 30$ offer and that he deposited 5$ into my account.
With these bucks I sat down at an NL10 table, won 55 cent and then played a 100$ guaranteed tournament with a $5 buy-in. Long story short: I won the tournament (50$). This week i decided to cashout. Could not do because first I have to made a deposit of 25$ (that messeage appeared when I tried to cashout). So, I made the 25$ deposit (with no code or other crap). Then I cashed out.
Two days agoI won a FL Freeroll for 7,50$ (doesn not really concern the story, but I wanted to mention it).

Today I saw that the 75$ from my cashout are back in my account. So I had a long and unpleasent talk with the live-chat. They say, that I have to earn 200 points first. These are the restrictions which came with accepting the 5$ offer and which were also in the mail I got.
I told them that the restrictions one can find in the mail are only connected with the free 30$ offer (which I never used). The "lady" then told me that the agent i talked to on the must have told from the restrictions. Well, he did not. She then wanted to start again from the beginning that I have known the restrictions to the 5$ offer (again, I did not. How should I?)
I got a bit upset and now she wants to give the case to her superior who will have a look, and talk to the agent who called me. Sadly she was not willing to give me her and her superiors full name (only their fornames).
Friday afternoon they will send me a mail and I can contact them in the chat.

Any suggestion how to deal with them if they refuse to let me cashout? They can have their 5$ back if they want, i just want to cashout my winnings.

For all who think "just play there until you have the 200 points": At PBP you get one point for every dollar in rake, but you do not get partial point in a cashgame. So for a NL10 and NL25 player this is no option. You get partial point in tournaments, but this would take ages.

I also got the no deposit bonus at pitbull. (mine where 10$?) But I was never unaware that I couldt cash out until I earned 200points. Dont know if they have changed it since you registered, because when I got the bonus it said clearly that I couldnt cash out until I earned 200points, and made a deposit. The live chat support even pointed it out before I got the bonus.
Well bonus or not, pitbull is a crappy site, which is NOT worth depositing at. The play is horrific, and so is the traffic at all levels. Really a bad site!
