Naja seh das auf jeden Fall nicht ein das ich Geld verlier weil solche Heizis absichtlich so cheaten.

E-mail von Stars:

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. The integrity of
our site and games are of utmost importance to us, and as such, we take
any hint of unethical play seriously. I have completed my investigation
into the play of ''.

The first thing we do in such cases is to look at how often this player is
disconnecting, and if they are on all-in protection tables or not. In this
case I found that the player has been disconnecting at a slightly higher
rate than normal. However majority of these disconnections were on tables
that had no all-in protection. Therefore this player would be gaining no
advantage by 'pulling the plug' on those tables.

Having said that the real question is, in what situations does this player
disconnect when on all-in protection tables. We can easily research this
by going through a players account, and gathering all the hands this
player disconnected on these tables. The hands that we find in these
cases, usually fall into three categories:

1) Suspicious, where the player holds a medium strength or drawing hand,
and is facing action or the likelihood of action

2) Neutral, where the player holds a hand of no value, and disconnects
facing small action (the most common of these is to disconnect in the
blinds preflop)

3) Unfavorable, where the player holds a hand that is clearly worth
betting, and disconnects instead, costing him the chance to bet. This also
includes hands where the player disconnects preflop and has his hand
folded, or when facing no action post flop - without the likelihood of
action from the remaining players

For all in abusers, we look for a pattern whereby the player's connection
history shows almost all suspicious all in protections, a few neutrals,
and essentially no unfavorable disconnections.

In reviewing this players connection history for the past month I found
that this player was disconnecting in a lot of situations that falls into
the "Neutral" category. In these instances he is holding hands of low or
no value, and disconnects facing small action or no action at all.

Given all of that, I am certain this player has not disconnected with the
intention of disadvantaging his opponent. However I have sent an email to
this player to help him solve his connection problems, and will make notes
on this players account saying that he has been accused of all-in abuse.
If this player happens to be accused in the future, we will be able to
look back at those notes so we can make a more informed judgment.

As you can see, we have a lot of tools at our disposal which help us keep
our games honest and fair. In addition honest and vigilant players who
point out situations that merit investigation are an important part of our
arsenal. Thank you for doing your part to protect the integrity of our
games. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Natürlich gab es dafür keine Konsequenzen hab mir eigentlich nichts anders
