Default PLO Noob - Played hand correctly?

Hi everybody.

I am not really good at Omaha, but I have played a few freerolls in it - to just get a feel for the game, starting hands etc.

So, yesterday I felt like taking a shot at a PLO Tourney and played a $5.50 PLO at Pokerstars. It started with around 730 ppl and we are now prettey deep, already ITM with ~40 left, (first 63 or so get paid).

Now the following hand occurs. I was pretty confused what to do, but since most of the players ridiculously overplayed their hands (at least from what I can tell with very limited experience) I put the big stack on a strong draw (SD+FD, which I have crushed) and the other ones on PPs.
I did not instacall, but decided that I am in decent shape for the final table if I win this hand, because it would have put me 2nd in chips, (even 1st after the guy to my left also calls).

Anyways, see what happens and laugh at me afterwards, advice would be appreciated after calming down from being disgusted of my fishy play (I guess?).

Just to let you know what I thought I maybe did wrong.
I think I should surely raise pot PF, right?! This would probably have pushed out the bigstack.
I cannot remember what made me put this tiny 5k bet in at the flop, iirc I wanted to know where I stand, but I guess this whas just plain stupidity.

1. If you're going to raise preflop (which you probably should, but in PLO it's not a requirement as long as you adjust post-flop) you need to raise full pot. You're just giving them a reason to call, and you don't want to play a raised pot here against so many people. With your stack size, you either want to see the flop w/o raising, or raise enough to give yourself a chance to steal the pot as is, or see the flop with fewer players, to try to take it down at that point. If this was a cash game and you were 100BB+ deep, a smaller raise like the one you made might be more acceptable.

2. On that flop, you are pretty much committed with an overpair and the nut flush draw. I would have bet pot (which if you'd bet pot preflop would mean all-in, most likely). Yes there is a straight, but there are a lot of draws for them to stack off chasing. It's PLO, you'll rarely get a lot of action where you have several opponents all drawing dead.
If I were Vietnamese my name would be Kno Nguyen.
