raising the turn would be really bad.

1) he might semibluff u off with worse
2) u are in position, if hearts hit he checks to you, you can bluff
3) you still have overs/showdown value if he checks to u and u have nothing to bluff


On the riv the board pairs making it less likely that he has a piece and all the draws bricked. A lot of the time u would expect 1 pair hands less than a queen to check to induce a bluff (though he could definetly be value betting worse if he is good), so his range is fairly polarized between missed draws/bluffs and strong pairs +.

I think raising the river is bad because you will get looked up by hands like 88+ a lot of the time.
