^^ That is a serious downswing at 2NL!

Sorry to hear about your job - I hope it resolves itself.

Everyone writes it differently.

For me $2NL is blinds $1-$2 with $200 max buy in.

I was a little curious about that, myself, but didn't think it was my place to question.

Been experimenting with playing 18/14/1.5 to 33/20/8 on 3 different poker sites and HU this month. I generally play 22/14/2.5. Came to conclusion that any style in between those is profitable although not optimal for me in terms of amount of effort required considering I 4 table. I think I will investigate HU a bit more, may be a natural fit for me. Also played about 20 MTTs with $3K-$5K Guaranteed prize pools and came in 2nd twice, and a 4th so that was fun.

I will probably move up to 200NL when Poker Tracker 3 is available and I purchase a new PC.

Lost my job.

Buy less gasoline.

Received a severance package.

So I'm up

Kevin

KevinM, thanks for this bit of honesty. Doors close, more doors open.

I'm in the car biz and its very, very tough right now. Tax time is always slow, add an election year and high gas, makes that much harder. Then about 2 months ago when the news made sure to inform everyone things are going to shit, another nose dive. Its a struggle.

Probably the reason im so frustrated with outlandish claims, but thats another thread.
