Default Poker Stove Question

I see a lot of the pokerstoving going on in the NL forum. And people plug in ranges and it spits out equity.

What I don't understand is where it takes into account the likelihood of the hand showing up?

If you raise my BB from the button, and I call, you can correctly put every pocket pair in my 'range'. But the bigger the pocket pair, the less likely I am to have it, as I will 3-bet AA and KK way more than 33 or 22.

Similarly, I'm going to more likely to raise with two pair on a flop than I am with a flush draw.

If the different hands aren't weighted accordingly, doesn't that make the resulting equity calculations useless?

If You want to discount hands just pick only some suits.

If You want to have 50% AA combos just take , and ...

Its not perfect but better than nothing...
