Yeah, typically I half pot turn, call his min. I like your check on the river and I call too but am never good to a turn min c/r in a 3bet pot

what can you beat, what beats you? And within those answers where is the range of the villain? If your not sure this is a call, with a sigh and a nod to your opponent who is probably ahead here 75% of the time or more based on traditional betting patterns:
Assuming this is 10NL your preflop raise is fine in my opinion. All other things equal and assuming everyone is average 6xbb says "I have a big hand" and the call says either "I have a big hand too" or "I'm calling with a pocket pair getting the right implied odds to nail your ass with that big hand". Range I put villains on here every time is pocket pairs up to JJ, maybe KQs, and the same hand you have. Outside chance of AA, KK, or QQ but normally folks can't resist hitting the raise button on the big hands.

The UTG player has less than a full stack, if he started short stacked this is an auto call shove even against an AI. His preflop action is typical of those with AK at $10-$25 NL or of AA and KK by someone who has been raising every hand and wants a call or raise here. If a nit he has a set here and it would be a folding situation. It all comes down to your image and theirs. Is this someone who would bluff you or play top pair like this against you- clear call /shove. Is this someone who will not play a big pot without a set-clear fold. They're representing a set or two pair... so are they telling the truth?

I very much doubt utg's range is as narrow as 22-JJ, AQ+ and KQ.
$10 players rarely exhibit higher brain functions, we don't need to give him this much respect.
If he's done something to justify respect, why are we playing with him? It isn't hard to find a $10 table with 5 retards, why settle for 4?
OP, you can bet more on the turn here. Your bet should be big enough that you can bet him all in on the river. If you make it $1.60 on the turn, then your river bet is $4.43 into a pot of $6.30, for instance. As played your turn bet is smaller than your flop bet, which is kinda funky.
