I feel like I rob myself of value in spots like this by betting too strongly.

mm, i don't care for the slowplay, too much can go wrong on the turn. plus raising behind two guys and checking the flop looks weird, but it's not like there's an obvious nut hand you could have flopped except QQ.

whats your cbet % out of interest? and what % of that is with air/semiair?

Not going to slowplay that hand but wondering if a 60%ish lead is better than a full pot bet. I have only been playing PLO this winter because I can't get out, I am disabled and have a mobility issue going on right now. My game is low limit NL at an Indian casino so my bankroll is in a box in the closet etc. I have only a small amount of money online having given up online holdem for the easier and certain win live.

I played PLO25 for a while and it was pretty easy to just pot and get called but @ PLO50 not so much.

I haven't gotten Omaha tracker and really don't see the point as I will probably be back in the casino soon and don't see I need it much at least until PLO100. Though I am pretty sure I can beat Omaha online, solidly.

So I can't tell you stats, I don't fire continuation bets with air much at these levels because they have four cards, often play in schools and caw caw caw like blackbirds.

if you vary your bet sizes, which you should, then yeah somewhere around 65-70% pot is where i'd go.

cbetting total air is probably a waste of your time, but you still need to be cbetting enough not-huge-but-breakevenish hands to keep your range balanced for value when you do flop well, which is what came to mind when you said you were having trouble getting value at times.

Upon reflection I am pretty certain that its not frequency but size that matters.

These 50 cent shits aren't counting how often they just don't call pot size flop bets like the 25 cent idiots do.
