I suppose that'll depend on how fishy someone is, and whether they call with a J or better but less than 2pair. Or if they'll shove it in with some overcards and a spade but fold the turn if a spade still hasn't come.

Well, he'll always be coming along for the ride. The question is whether a shove or flat is more EV. Against opponents who will prob stack off with any spade or overpair or jack I'd rather just get it in here.

I think flatting and shoving does not differ much in EV. Don't think that one of the villains find a fold here.

@OP: We have Strategy Sections. This one belongs to the Strategy/Tournament section. Posting threads in the right section would gain more replies.

Pretty sure neither of them are folding and you're obviously not folding either, so I probably stick it in here. Flatting and sticking the rest in on any turn seems fine as well, but I have no problem simply shoving here.

Ok mate, im asking with my point of view, which isnt that I am a pro or even semipro. I am an amateur trying to learn and win, and playing 2$ sngs is what i can afford, sorry for that.

I thought to be doing the correct play and even now i believe so, but Im not completely sure. Crits welcome.
