You seem reasonably competent I doubt you'll get outplayed at 10NL 6 Max.

Does anyone know of a good article for 6 max raising ranges pre from different positions?

What's the problem with raising ranges? Very simple, raise whatever you feel you will be able to play at the particular table :-) Or, you can basically use almost the same ranges as @FR later positions, I mean open like you do if the first three guys folded to you.

As for the 6max article, this one is well-known:

It is for mid-high stakes though, and I guess some things might be considered outdated.
