Default Players only - what the fuck

Made an account on players only (merge network) last week.
I have never played on any merge network site before.

I deposited 1K.

That night I won ~3500.

The next morning my account was locked so I emailed them why and they sent a request for cc and driver license verification.

I sent them that last night.

I then recieved this email.
What the Fuck!!

Not happy , filled some complaint form with the gaming commision that hold their license.... so let if they do anything.

I honestly have no idea what I did. I made the account and deposited in California with a Canadian Credit Card so maybe thats it... But I sent them my info from Canada and I could easily verify my trip to Cali with hotel reciept or whatever

Generally when I see threads like this I assume there must be more that the poster is not telling but I honestly I have no clue what the "management decision" is about.

i think i see the problem, they seem to have you confused with someone called andrew. is he the guy whose credit card you stole?

did they at least give you your deposit back?

apparently you aren't alone in this, i googled for one of the phrases in their stock email to you and a bunch of people have been getting the same shit, some of whom have had accounts for years.

I dont have any other accounts on the merge network and never have.

I don't know if the deposit has been refunded yet but it has only been a day so hopefully at least that will show up back on my CC .

Don't really like being freerolled so I do intend to follow up to the maximum exent with the gaming commission even if it means a trip to Barbuda.

Take the case to 2+2 as well it cant hurt for a SNE player to do so (since you're automatically reputable and people will take you seriously)

Would report this to www.sportsbookreview.com too, not sure if they do poker sites but they fight bookmakers over shit like this all the time. They may be able to help you.
