Thanks, I just filed a complaint there. They already have player's only on a blacklist with a D- rating.

I am holding off 2+2 for now since there was a note on the gaming commision's site not to go public so I will give them some time to see if they do anything.

i've been with players only since 2007. scary to hear. about to withdraw the rest of my BR from them and move to FT fulltime.

I heard back this morning from the gaming commision that they recieved my complaint and would get back to be after they investigated.

4 hours later I got this email from players only...

Now that the matter's settled, can you post a warning at 2+2 etc or did the commission tell you not to?

Pretty disgusting by players only, I wont be playing there any time soon.

They unlocked my account, my winnings and intial deposit are still there and available to be withdrawn.

Yep, it took like 15 minutes to find what gaming commission held there license and fill in the complaint form. No reason why anyone with a problem shouldnt take it to the commission with jurisdiction. As shown by this case and the statistics I posted earlier they do have some clout.

I may post there later. I will see if they can give a good explantion first. I do have a cake account and players only used to be on that network so my guess some concern over mulitple accounts was the reasoning. Though obviously that should not have been a valid reason now that they are on merge.

actually due diligence would be making sure the site isn't shady as fuck before you deposit.

I recieved a email from the manager apologizing and admitting I was treated improperly. The IP address mismatching the CC was what triggered this. I am satisfied enough with the outcome so won't be taking it to 2+2.
