Default Royal Vegas Poker (My bad experience)

So I have started playing Royal Vegas Poker, I have had a decent amount of success. My only problem is that they offer Free Roll tournaments and I look forward to them. The only requirement is that you play 25-50 raked hands in the past 24 hours. Last night, I played many more than that. I tried to sign up for the tournement and was rejected. I called them and they told me they would do "routine mantainence" on my account and that it would work in five minutes. It didnt, and I didnt play. I understand that its a freeroll tournament, and it is just promotion, but it ticked me off a little. I'm cashing out and taking a shot a partypoker.

The thing they don't tell you is that inorder to count as a rake it has to be raked for $.50 or more meaning that the pot needs to be $10 or higher. After countless phone calls their support barely knows the answer to this question.

Well I think you all know my attitude towards Prima Poker (which Royal Vegas is part of) by the little stick and 'Sites to Avoid' list.

Yes, I do know your attitude towards them. I found out later after persuing the event, that in order to be admitted to the free roll, you must qualify 2 hours in advance of the tournament. Also (and this bites my ass), is that in order for the rake to count, you must contribute to it. Therefore you cant fold preflop unless you are on a blind.
Pretty bogus if you ask me.

Had the exact same experience. Was pretty ticked off and withdrew funds and uninstalled software.

But most of all, they are part of the Prima Poker network.

And two words describe Prima: incompetent and evil

Sorry to go against the trend, but I have to give credit where credit is due.

I have been playing in the freerolls on prima, via 32Red, since early December 2003. I've won a few dollars, have done a couple of cash ins and have had no trouble getting the money.

Just my two pennyworth.

Yeah, if you read the blacklist article you can see that I made a pretty penny at Prima while I played there.

However, they're not exactly loyal or caring about their customers...at least in my case.
