everything looks good...what level were you playing? my only suggestion would be to throw out a little value bet on the end...maybe 1/2 the pot...i usually do this in this type of situation for 2 reasons...first it looks like a bluff (to most lower limit players)...second he's already called your pf raise and bet into you twice...great chance he'll call and a decent chance he'll come over the top in a big way...exactly what you want...worst case scenario he folds and you're no worse off than before...

Hehehe. Seriously, you got the board crippled, and that King on the river is killing any action. Maybe checkraise the turn, if he is donk he will put you an eight and hopefully reraise. If you don't C/R the turn, at least make a small bet on the river, small enough for him to call it.

The turn is where you pounce. He is going to have a hard time laying down Queens Full here, but the Ace kills your action on the river.

I think you definately have to check raise the turn, even if you only min raise his bet. He is not going to laydown at this point against a min raise. Then you have to bet the river, about 1/3 - 1/2 the pot for value. With a full house he should be calling you down.
I think the least you do is bet the river. You have check called him twice, and now you have to put him to a decision.
