I lost the minimum on this hand. I dunno why, but I thought that I was in big trouble after the flop bet and wanted to play this cheaply. I guess my instincts just took over.

Pretty impressive, seriously. I sometimes also have this feeling, but up to now, I have always ignored it. Maybe this success of yours could be an incentive for me to, well, think twice in some situations.

Honestly, XA, I was expecting like a crazy bluff or a runner-runner royal. There's nothing sexy about folding

Well I could post a hand I played in 5/10 NL where I called down with K3o and won a sizeable pot, but I go over this hand and still can't believe I didn't go broke. I am not good enough to fold, but I did lose the minimum. I really just impressed myself with this hand.

lol... couldn't even read the OP straight But seriously, I am pretty impressed. I usually figure I'm ahead of TPTK or two pair enough to make set over set not worth worrying about, so to have that sort of confidence in your instincts is awesome.

Hmm I like the fact that you didn't push. But I think you could have done better. The 200 bet on the flop was pointless. There was no way you were ahead at that point. A min raise like the other guy did generally means one of two things. A monster like AA or KK or a couple of lowish high cards, so you were up against at least an over pair and a straight draw if not two pair or trips. But that said after you hit trips on the turn you were going to lose some chips, well done for keeping it to a minimum.
