this was the most loose-aggressive (borderline maniacal) table i've ever been on...i know it's low limit but was the first level...

now the guy with JJ actually took time thinking about whether or not he wanted to put that many chips in this early...88 made the push w/o any hesitation and the guy w/ 99 instacalled the other 2 players AI's...very odd...
The artists I like are so indie, they don't even exist.

Its my point again with low buy-in games. Beginners tend to make some very fundamental mistakes

1. They believe too often that the other person is bluffing
2. They bluff themselves too often
3. Overvalue their hands
4. Do not think about what their opponents might hold
5. Do not think about position
6. Have no idea about odds
+ many more

hence its sometimes more gambling than poker.

However, said that playing ultratight poker at the beginning of those games early on usually weeds out the maniacs and when you are down to at least 4 players you usually have a good game.

Well said silu, bad players think that any pair in the whole or an ace in their hand is invinsible.
