posting a Hand History instead of a half-assed recount of what happened would be a good start...but what do i know...

Your posts make me think bank roll may be one of (you have a few) problems:

You may be playing over your bankroll a beat beat or 7 shouldnt drain your bankroll. Bad luck doesnt last 10 years. There is zero, or a number so close to zero it might as well be zero, luck in ten years worth of poker. If you are losing that long you are a losing player, or not giving your self a chance to be a winner by poor bank roll management. If you always have your whole bankroll in play (or most of it) then you will always go broke. So if you start with $50 and play .25/.50 with all $50, play perfect like you say and double your bankroll then you put all $100 in a .50 1.00 and win agian. Now you put all 400 in a 2/4 well even Phil Ivey would go broke doing this. Bad beats happen, but not enough to turn a winning player with a proper bankroll in to a loser.

As for final table MTT poker it is a crap shoot. My advice is try to make sure you have enough chips so that when you get there you can make some noise, people who fold there way to the final table dont usally get one of the coveted 1-3 spots.

Also you cant be a winning player always putting your money in with the best hand...I know that sounds like a joke, but I think it is true. If you want an explanation I will try, but it is obvious to me so I may have trouble putting it in to words.
