Think a company that stoops to copying some of our strategy articles and pretending its their own unique content will be completely honest about the 'superuser' scandal?

The article I linked to above is a rip off of our limit longhand article, but they seem to have copied most of our intermediate section if you look around their site.

Wow. Holy crap. Unbelievable. I've seen these articles on random affiliate sites some guy made in his parents basement while destroying a bag of cheetos, but on a "professional" "well-respected" site?...

I deposited there last Friday for the first time and then all this happens. I withdrew all my funds last night, not because I worry about cheating too much at .25/.50 but over principle and a little apprehension about the site.

I wrote it in 2003.

They basically copied about 6 articles from the intermediate section.

I would recommend adding them into your black list and posting a news with all of these so anyone who read this site would not be very inclined of playing there.

Sue them for their last penny after you sent them a cease-and-desist letter (is this the correct expression in English).

not sure any legal recourse is going to scare them seeing that they're not based in the US.

Anyway to make any legal action you would have needed to copyright your articles, if you did you may try to do something.

The best way is probably to try to "sell" them those articles for some kind of deal (try to ask to see other ppl cards) and threat them with making this story public (after the cheating thing they dont need a thread on every poker forum telling what they did).
