I think you made your decision preflop. You can't fold now. Put it in and hope he doesn't have the nut flush with his aces. It really looks like a bet that wants to be called, but how do you fold after calling nearly 2/5ths of your stack off and flopping two pair?

Also, it might be better not to full 3-bet this, either flat it or make an isolation raise of less than full pot (depending on players, obv). It gives you the info and the position but puts you in a better spot stack-wise since you want to play later streets and he doesn't (assuming he has aces, of course). Obviously if you always full-pot 3-bet every time you 3-bet, change your 3-betting tendencies with other hands as well (including aces) if you want to be able to take advantage of this.
