Default New everest VIP program.

Have anyone checked out the new loyalty program at everest? (might only be for scandinaviens)

http://www.everestpoker.com/en/VIPSummitClub/

I can't figure out how to calculate what rakeback this is the same as... is the program a good deal or?

I tried a quick calculation:

Level________SP-Limit____Cash____Bonus-Quote____ Cent/Point [ (SP-Limit / Cash ) * Quote ]

Base________12.5k_______50$_______x2.5__________1 Cent
Camp I______62.5k______250$_______x5 ___________2 Cent
Camp II____187.5k______750$_______x6____________2.4 Cent
Camp III____250k______1000$_______x6.5__________2.6 Cent
Death Zone__500k______2000$_______x7___________2.8 Cent
Summit______1250k____5000$_______x7.5__________3 Cent

As the Newsletter-Bonus is worth roughly 5 Cent / Point, your RB-Percentage decreases, from ~30% to ~20% at the highest Level. (At least for FR, other players said they only get like 20% RB now...)

But: The Newsletter-Bonus pays 500$ top.

Therefore the new systems seems to be an improvment for players with >15k hands/month at NL200+. You will get less RB in percentage, but more in absolute terms.

On a Sidenote:
You can pay buyin for tournaments with Summit Points, too. It will pay the same rate as the Points to Cash. (Now you get 0.4 Cent/Point, but the points had no other use, so it was sort of a bonus bonus.)

Short:
Good for heavy duty players at NL200+
Bad for everyone else

Conclusion: Rb% is crap unless you play full ring and reach the highest levels, where its still not that good.

The rakeback does not look that great; but its being given to everyone and is based on hands dealt. Their decision to pay less to SHNL players where more players see the flop and average pots are bigger does not make a lot of sense, nor does punishing players for starting tables by this scheme.

One gets rakeback by summit points earned and can sell the points too? It might not be as bad as it looks if that's true.

I think the "rakeback" percentages assume you're selling the summit points you're earning. At the incredibly shitty rate sashstar posted.

Well I have to say, if you play a ton of hands than you can get back a lot of more money which you never could get at the monthly reloads (500$ max) because of the percante which doubles your Summit Points up.

I just cashed in some points which I generated sometimes in the past, they had nothing to do with the new Bonus System.

So this is what I thought, what Kristuzz means. (e.g. he had also some points at everest sometimes ago)

Otherwise, read RXCerberus and spamkiller again. This is all you need to know.

sry my english is not the best
