there is always some information, even if it's just the information from the hand you're playing, or their screenname or the fact that they're dutch.

I'm sure that either the game or the opponent is standard...

When it comes to the hand played, it seems reasonable to b/f turn and c/c river if the last card is blank.
I'm not sure what bluff ratio should be used, and what is representable if the river is not a blank but
an ace or a diamond.
