Default pot raise against 3rd nuts on turn

So based on the wisdom of TWLLM in my previous post, this should be an easy fold because microstakes players aren't going to raise the pot on a bluff if I haven't seen them f'ing around in prior hands. BTW, the OOP limp was probably bad:

Right, but he is short stacked. How does he play it? You will be good some percentage of the time.

He's not really that short. Doesn't help that he also can't have 4th nuts. Snap fold imo. Of course this can change easily with some sort of read, but even at microstakes, he's gonna have the nut flush here the vast majority of the time.
