Default 1 Flop produces 3 different sets

or it would have if I hadn't folded my pocket 7's ...the raise and the Re raise made me fold.
Original raiser had JJ...Re-Raiser AA and I folded pocket 7's and the flop came down A J 7

You sir are correct, a flop can produce three sets.

You win at maths and reading flops.

Congrats.

I've only been involved in set over set over set once and it surprisingly was a live hand at crown, I had 22, one guy had 77, one guy had JJ on a J72 flop.

I was involved in a flopped set/set/set hand about a year ago where a 4th guy with an overpair (aces) turned a higher set, and then the lowest set on the flop rivered quads. I had middle set and was never in the running. This was a FL hand so the pot wasn't as big as it would have been at NL, but it was capped every street. The table erupted like you would expect for a bad beat jackpot.

facing a raise and a re-raise I thought folding my 77 was a good lay down..so while the table only saw set over set..I was the only one (both at the table and here it would appear) who was amazed at 3 sets on 1 flop
