Default top two facing a turn raise

This is probably a straight forward hand. Live $2-5 I'm sitting on about $400 Villains both have me covered with maybe $600 each.

I'm UTG+1 or so and dealt AQ, folds to me, I raise to $20 and get 4 callers. Flop comes QT7cc.
I lead out for $60, two folds villain 1 and 2 both call.
Turn is an A non club. I lead out for $100 leaving me with about $200 or so. Villain 1 calls. Villain 2 raises to $400.

At this point, I'd say I'm committed, but what could I put villain 2 on? Both are regulars that I haven't played much with. I just got to the table recently and had only played one hand which I raised pre and took down with a Cbet on the flop. Does he have a set or even a straight enough to fold here? Should my betting amounts be different?

I don't put villain on a set as I'd expect him to raise the flop. Seems like a straight, possibly Acxc (like AcJc), or AT/A7 and he's just bad. I dunno, lotta money in there and we still have 4 outs when he does break our heart. Plus there's the chance villain 1 comes along with a flush draw. Man... tough spot. I think I like a fold and a call equally!

Normally in this situation, I'd be the douche talking things out trying to get anything out of villain 2. But since villain one still had to act, I couldn't really say much. Lots of money in the hand, so I know I don't have to be good that often. Being that it's live poker, it's doubtful that it's a total bluff especially with villain 1 in the hand.

Any other input?

FWIW, I ended up calling, Villain 1 shoved, villain 2 called. and they both flipped over KJ. I miss my 4 outs and they chop. With that much in the pot, I just couldn't fold.
