it's too early in the morning to do math...he has us beat just under half the time...betting is at least EV because he folds half the time and gives us the pot...if we check and he bets both streets then he only needs to be bluffing about 30% of his air for calling to be profitable so i don't see check-folding as being viable, but he needs to be bluffing...oh god numbers...60-65% of his air to make it better EV than just leading into him?

yeah okay i'll go ahead and bet. player dependent obviously.

as played the river is more maths but i cant be arsed. pot odds almost demand crying calls here so bluffing gets you nowhere except another big bet in the hole if he's got a heart. check and call i guess.

remind me to come and read this again once i've lit my breakfast.

Since I once won a mixed NL/FL tournament I am qualified to answer

On the turn you're either dead or likely to draw against overs if villains makes a speculative call.

I suggest:
Bet/fold turn, with plan to bet/fold all rivers except sevens and nines

7s and 9s gives you better showdown equity against overpairs and possible lower sets so you can check/call
