Couple Meets At Online Poker Table

This March a couple who met playing an online poker game at Party Poker will wed at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. Jackie Johnson, a 27 year old Las Vegas artist, was playing an online poker game in September of 2004 when someone at the table began heckling 28 year old Gary Suffir, a New York based attorney. Jackie supported Gary in the argument with the heckler which sparked an online relationship.
After corresponding online for 4 months, Gary flew out to Las Vegas to meet Jackie. Six weeks later, Jackie packed up and moved across country to New York to be with Gary. Now engaged, the couple is planning on attending the Party Poker Million V Cruise as their honeymoon.
Since hearing the story, Party Poker spokesman Warren Lush says the company is working on a deal to create private online poker dating tables.
