Foxwoods Poker Classic $10k NL Hold'em
WPT SEASON 4

The World Poker Tour welcomed a new tournament to its schedule this week with the Foxwoods Poker Classic. Held in Connecticut, 431 players showed up for this first-time event featuring a $10,000 buy-in. New York City resident and poker pro Annand "Victor" Ramdin furthered his impressive career numbers with a first place score good for $1.3 million. Online pro Alex "yahtzem" Jacob won $655,000 after losing to Ramdin heads-up.

The rest of the TV final table consisted of new faces to the poker world. Poker pros John Juanda, Eric "Sheets" Haber, and Chris Tsiprailidis also finished in the money.

The next stop on the World Poker Tour is one of poker's most prestigious tournaments; the $25,000 buy-in World Poker Tour Championship which will conclude Season 4 of the WPT. Held at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Tuan Le will seek to defend his title from last year.
