NBC's New Poker Series Debuts January 2nd
Television, 2006-12-28, by Ozone
"There's a vibrant late-night audience looking for original programming," says West Coast NBC Universal Television President Marc Graboff. To satify that need, NBC is giving the world a late-night poker show titled 'Poker After Dark'. Each week six of the world's top pros will battle for a winner-take-all prize of $120,000. The show is set to include Doyle Brunson, Phil Ivey, and Daniel Negreanu, amongst others. The poker action will be held in various casinos on the Las Vegas Strip.
Hosted by former World Poker Tour bombshell Shana Hiatt, 'Poker After Dark' debuts on NBC at 2:05 am ET on January 2nd.
