PartyGaming Finalizes Acquisition of Empire Online

PartyGaming, operators of Party Poker, recently finalized a deal to acquire Empire Online, whose most notable holding is Noble Poker. The transaction will result in the generation of 115,193,842 new PartyGaming shares, which are traded on the London Stock Exchange.
The new shares, when considered alongside PartyGaming's stock price, makes this deal worth roughly $66.3 million.
