Pacific Poker/PokerTips.org Tournament League Update

The third of six tournaments in our league at Pacific Poker saw a dropoff in attendance. Just ten players participated which meant all entrants received points towards the overall tournament league standings. Furthermore, since Pacific Poker added $250 to the prize pool, each seat had an overlay worth $25.
Austria's "13792468" came into the week just one point shy of the overall lead. After winning in week three, he now has a 51 point advantage over his nearest competitor, "KristuZz", who finished 2nd.
Through three weeks, just 15 players have earned points towards the league standings. As we detailed at length in this news article, the top 20 point earners over the course of the six tournaments will be invited to a $1,500 freeroll at Pacific Poker.
With three tournaments yet to be played, it's not too late to chase your share of the prizes being given away through this tournament league. To gain eligibility, please submit your Pacific Poker screenname to one of our site administrators.
