WSOP Bracelet Sells on eBay for $4,006
Oddities, 2010-01-25, by Ozone
A World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet won by T.J. Cloutier in 2005 recently sold on eBay. The winning bidder paid $4,006 for the coveted jewelry.
The item was auctioned off by the Plano Pawn Shop just ten minutes from Cloutier's residence in Richardson, Texas. There has been speculation as to why Cloutier would have sold this bracelet. His reputation as an avid craps player has left some to suspect he sold the bracelet to raise funds for a gambling urge.
Cloutier has over $9 million in lifetime tournament winnings and six WSOP bracelets. Well, technically just five now.
