WSOP Circuit Adds Stop in Africa
WSOP, 2010-05-04, by Ozone
South Africa will host more than just the World Cup in 2010. Harrah's confirmed they are adding a new stop on the WSOP Circuit in South Africa. This October 24-31, the Emerald Resort and Casino will play host to a $5,000 buy-in no-limit championship. Also on the WSOP Africa schedule is a $1,000 buy-in pot-limit Omaha event.
This is the second time the WSOP brand has expanded outside of the U.S. In 2007, WSOP Europe began an annual stop in London.
