2010 WSOP Event #57: $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em Championship
WSOP, 2010-07-14, by Ozone
The 2010 WSOP started off with Mizrachi domination: Michael "the Grinder" won the $50,000 Player's Championship while brother Robert finished 5th. It appears that the series may end in the same fashion. All four of the Mizrachi brothers reached the money in the $10,000 buy-in Main Event. With 7,319 entrants and just 747 of them receiving a payday, that's quite the feat.
Eric Mizrachi survived the bubble with a short stack and busted out in 718th place. His three brothers Danny, Robert, and Michael remain in the event with 515 players remaining.
To put this feat into perspective, if all four brothers had just a 10% chance of cashing in the tournament (after all, just 10% of the field does so), then the chances that all four of them would cash is 10,000 to 1!
