2011 WSOP Event #2: $25,000 Heads-Up Championship

It's been a rather impressive 18 months for British youngster Jake Cody. He has a win on the EPT, a win on the WPT, and now, a WSOP bracelet. With his win last night in the $25,000 Heads-Up event at the WSOP, he joins Gavin Griffin as the only players to win the poker "triple crown".

Cody defeated another well-established young player, Yevgeniy Timoshenko, to win the $851,000 first-place prize. Yevgeniy received $525,000 for second place. Receiving $283,000 each for losses in the semi-finals were Gus Hansen and Eric Froehlich.

The event drew an impressive 128 players.
