WSOP Main Event Day Four

, 2005-07-13, by Mercy

After Day Three, all the talk at the Rio was about the possibility of a repeat WSOP Main Event victory for Greg Raymer. While no longer the chip leader, Raymer does have a decent shot at winning the championship again. He currently holds 1.3 million chips, which is about half the stack size of the current chipleader, Tim Phan.

While Phan currently holds the lead, Phil Ivey is close on his tail in second place.

On Day Five, competitors will play until the field is narrowed to 27 players. On Days Six and Seven, the WSOP Main Event will be held at Binion's Horseshoe, where play will continue until someone wins the $7.5 million first-place prize.
