Police Drop Charges In Baltimore Bust

Recently, Baltimore police launched a major raid of an illegal card room. During the bust, they arrested 80 poker players.
However, when they arrested the players, they quoted the wrong statute. Instead of charging players with making wagers, they charged them with keeping or renting a gambling place.
