Consolidation Occuring On The WPC Network
, 2005-11-11, by TwoGun
While it uses Party Poker software, Empire Poker formerly shared its poker room with three other poker rooms. The first was Coral Eurobet, which will soon be moving onto the same network as Poker Room. The other two were MultiPoker and Intertops.
MultiPoker was recently bought by Party Poker for $14.5 million. Intertops will no longer operate its poker room and instead will just advertise for Party Poker.
This means the only poker room to remain on that network is Empire, which is by far the largest poker room on that network. What, if any, changes will occur with Empire Poker remain to be seen.

Empire Poker does not accept real-money players from the United States.
