Acquisition Of Ongame

Ongame and BetandWin are both major online gambling companies. Ongame is a Swedish company whose most notable firm is Poker Room, one of the larger online poker rooms. BetandWin is an Austrian-based company that trades on the Vienna Stock Exchange. It is a major european sportsbook that was previously not that notable in the online poker sphere.

The deal is a share purchase agreement that is worth about 473.6 million euros. It is not clear what effects this deal will have for customers of Poker Room.

Poker Room does not accept real-money players from the United States.
