Overview
Mansion Poker resides on the OnGame Network, which is a medium- to large-sized online poker network. Their poker offerings used to be held on an independent network. At that time, Mansion was widely considered one of the best places to play online poker since many of the players were primarily sportsbettors. The merge with OnGame forfeited Mansion's appeal as a site full of sportsbettors. However, the games on the OnGame network are pretty good compared to most other places.

Many of the cash games on this site are played five-handed. Their software is currently available in English and Spanish.

Bonus
For those interested in depositing at Mansion Poker, they offer a 100% deposit bonus up to $500.

Promotions
Mansion's VIP Loyalty Club is pretty good and offers players opportunities at freerolls and consumer goods. A player's membership level is tracked through their accumulation of VIP Poker Points (VPPs) which are entirely different than MPPs. That can be a little annoying.

They do some cool things to give away free entries to their $320 buy-in tournaments. Currently, eliminating their resident pro Marc Goodwin through a bounty tournament is worth a $320 tournament ticket.

Tournaments
This is a good site for small- to medium-stakes players to grind tournaments. For high stakes players, there is a $1,000+$40 tournament on the last weekend of every month with a guaranteed prize pool of $750,000.

Generally, the players on this network are pretty bad. Since the tournaments are adequately structured, this place is a dream for those who like tournaments with a buy-in of $30 or less.

Software
The OnGame software is about the best there is. It's fast, reliable, and makes filtering the games a breeze. The only downside is that the Mansion software only comes in English and Spanish, which is a little behind the times.

Competition Level
The competition at Mansion Poker is pretty representative of the online average. Their small- to medium-stakes games are pretty soft, especially when played five-handed. The larger games can be pretty sharky, but that's commonplace nowadays.

Customer Service
Mansion's customer service is really good. They offer phone, chat, and email service. The online chat representatives are usually pretty helpful for basic stuff.
