Tony G Poker is an online poker site named after loudmouth Lithuanian player, now Australia resident, Tony Guoga. The site recently moved to the large iPoker network, which is home to some of the best real-money action on the Internet.

Tony G Poker has some interesting jackpot Sit-'N'-Go promotions. Most of the games played on Tony G Poker are no-limit hold'em games, though shorthanded fixed-limit hold'em is also popular for small stakes.

Currently, Tony G Poker is offering a 100% first-time deposit bonus up to $400. This bonus is special for readers, so you need to use a link from this site Tony G Poker or use bonus code PREMIUM. More information about this bonus can be found in our Tony G Poker Bonus Review.

In general, Tony G's promotions are fairly lame.

Each night at 14:00 EST, a bounty tournament is held where whoever knocked out Tony G has $100 credited to their account. Since it's part of the iPoker network, Tony G Poker has jackpot sit-'n'-go tournaments where players win a jackpot for winning a certain amount of sit-and-go tournaments consecutively. For example, if someone wins six consecutive $20+$3.50 "Rio" SNG tournaments, he or she would win a progressive jackpot which is seeded with $25,000.

Tony G's tournaments have gotten better recently. They used to be too saturated with satellites and small buy-in tournaments. Now they cater to a wider range of players. A $200+$15 buy-in tournament with a guaranteed prize pool of $150,000 is held each Sunday.

A strong selection of sit-n-gos are available, including jackpot tournaments that award big payouts to players who win a certain number of tournaments in a row. However, it should be noted that the increased entry fee for these jackpot sit-n-gos render them a bad investment unless the progressive jackpot has increased substantially from its starting number.

Tony G Poker's is exactly the same as Titan Poker's, just with a different color scheme. The cashier and lobby interfaces are easy to navigate, but the gameplay can be annoying. It is too colorful, with too many flashing lights. The software can sometimes be buggier than most online poker rooms' software.

Competition Level
In general, the competition is slightly easier here than at most sites. The limit hold'em games can be a mixed bag. For low stakes, they are very soft, but often are harder at higher levels. The no-limit games tend to be consistently softer here than at most other online sites. However, the $2/$4 no-limit games (and higher) are starting to get tougher.

Customer Service
Tony G Poker offers customer service via telephone and e-mail. Generally, the agents are pretty helpful.
